It is copyrighted and it is shareware. There is a registration fee
of $20 for use of NewsWerthy after the 30 day evaluation period.
You are encouraged to make copies and distribute NewsWerthy, as long
all files (as listed) are included in the archive.

The lastest version can always be found using ftp at: ftp.eskimo.com
in the billw directory.

TO INSTALL:

I have replaced the "To:" picklist (list of email addresses)
with an address book. These were previously stored in NWERTHY.PL6,
and are now stored in a different format in NWERTHY.PL9 in the
work directory. Before installing you may want to write these down
and delete this file.

To use NewsWerthy, first make a directory named NWERTHY, then
copy NWERTHY.* to it. You'll also need a subdirectory named
FOLDERS (for saved messages). Make sure pkzip and pkunzip
are on your path.

GETTING STARTED:

I no longer distribute the non-swapping version of NewsWerthy.
NWERTHY.EXE replaces NWERTHYS.EXE from previous versions. Be sure to
change any menus or shells to the new filename. If you have problems,
and were using NWERTHY.EXE from a previous version (1.11 or before)
of NewsWerthy please contact me, and I'll make the non-swapping
version available again.

If you haven't used UQWK with the SOUP format before, read
section III of the manual. Read NWERTHY.DOC for information on
on how to run and setup NewsWerthy or just wing it along with
a little help from the online help.

BBS).
